Frequently Asked Questions

What does it include?

Each unit is one light for a shoe. With the 2-pack, you get one for each foot.

Will they really see me?

The light is on the heel, at headlight level, and moves with every stride. That is exactly what a driver spots first.

How do you put it on?

It attaches around the heel of the shoe and turns on with the button on the side.

How do I charge it?

Via USB. Charge it like your phone and you're ready to go.

When will it arrive and how much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders through December. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 6 to 12 business days. We will send you the tracking information by email so you can see where it is at all times.

What if I don't like it or it arrives damaged?

You have 16 days from the date you receive it to return it for a 100% refund. If it arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Is it safe to pay here?

Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify, the same platform used by millions of stores worldwide, via an encrypted connection. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, and we never see your card details.

If I have another question, who should I ask?

Write to us at destela7915@gmail.com. A real person will respond in less than 24 hours on business days.

How long does it take for a car to see you at night?

Since the time change, it gets dark at 6. With dark clothing and a poorly lit street, to a driver you are a shadow until they are right on top of you.
